We provide tourist eSIM products and related travel information for visitors to Sri Lanka. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, travel or arrival information, passport or identity information required for telecom registration, payment status and information needed to deliver your eSIM.

Passport documents

If a passport copy is required for your selected eSIM service, it is used only for identity verification, telecom activation and order processing. Passport files should be stored in restricted server storage, not in a publicly accessible website folder. We will keep them only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and telecom requirements, and then securely delete them according to our retention procedure.

Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not ask customers to send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email. Payment information is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use information

We use customer information to process orders, verify identity where required, deliver QR codes and installation instructions, provide support, prevent fraud, keep records required by law and improve our service.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with the telecom partner or service providers only when needed to activate and support the purchased service, process payments, send transactional emails, operate the website or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to operate and improve the website. Any optional analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed and configured according to applicable privacy requirements before activation.
